Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
  • You will receive a shipment notification email with your tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
  • Note: During peak periods, major sales events, or product launches, processing times may experience a slight delay.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery timelines include:

  • Domestic (US / Canada): 3 – 7 Business Days
  • United Kingdom & Europe: 5 – 12 Business Days
  • International (Rest of World): 7 – 18 Business Days

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Evry Jewels is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • Once packages are handed over to the shipping carrier, Evry Jewels is not liable for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
  • If your package arrives damaged, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.
